Responsibilities:
- Operate daily logistics activities such as goods in, goods out, aliquoting etc.
- Lead the team to work more efficiently and proactively showing your strong leadership and any data evidence.
- Comply with all compliances related to both Global and Japanese EHS requirements.
- Engage in cross-functional communication
- Monitor KPI and implement any Kaizen activities
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in import, export, and domestic delivery
- More than 5 years of leadership experience
- Prior work experience in a global organisation
- Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and written English
