- Manage incoming and outgoing materials using the ordering system
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks to support manufacturing operations
- Monitor and prioritise distribution activities
- Assist in workflow scheduling
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 1 year of experience in logistics
- Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
- Skilled in MS Excel is ideal
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
