■入社後6ヶ月～に担当いただきたい業務
- 在庫管理体制の強化および改善
- 法人事業部門、コンシューマ事業部門からのビジネス要件やヒアリング
- 自社物流センターの理想的体制の構築
- 倉庫オートメーション化の推進
- KPI管理およびその達成に向けて継続的な改善
- 社内外のステークホルダーとの折衝 - 社内：エンジニアリング部門、オペレーション部門、法人事業部 門、コンシューマ事業部門、パートナー事業部門 - 社外：海外ベンダーなど
■中長期的に担当いただきたい業務（不確定）
- 倉庫移転・新規立ち上げ
- 海外流通網の構築

必須条件
- 四年制の大学の学位もしくはそれに準ずる業界経験
- Googleドキュメント、スプレッドシート、スライド（Word、 Excel、 PowerPoint）を用いたドキュメント作成
- 現場、ユーザーにニーズを確認して、エンジニア部門と調整しながら業務を進められる能力
- メーカー、物流企業等での物流関連業務の経験（特に倉庫管理、在庫管理）
歓迎要件
- 基本的な財務経理知識
- 一般的な企業法務知識
- 日常会話レベル以上の英語力
- 在庫管理システムや倉庫管理システム導入の経験
