Description
- Main point person for any HR related queries in Japan
- Management of employee information
- Make sure the company's policies are in line with Japanese labor law
- Oversee entire HR employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Performance management, ER, succession planning
- Internal and external stakeholder management
