職務内容

Project Management:
- Oversee issue management throughout the project.
- Manage development progress and timelines.
- Define project objectives and scope.
- Handle stakeholder management and negotiations.
- Provide regular reporting on project status.

Product Management:
- Plan strategies and create action plans.
- Prepare development-related documents such as specifications for engineers.
- Conduct product analysis, extract issues, and set hypotheses.
- Define requirements, development scope, and prioritize while coordinating with stakeholders (engineers, business departments).

• Experience in PJM, PDM, or Tech PDM roles
• Strong communication skills in cross-cultural environments
• Proficient in project management
• Ability to create and manage technical project documents (translating business requirements into technical specs)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with modern project management tools, preferably JIRA/Confluence
