GX (Green Transformation ) Project Manager

Description

Project Management

• Manage project process planning to ensure that projects are on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients (primarily large utilities) (quality and meeting deadlines)
• Oversees all phases of the project, from inception to initial framework, specification, development, testing, user education, and support for service launch
• Monitor project progress and address scope changes and issues
• Conduct regular check-in meetings with clients and internal teams
• Promote the use of project management software and tools and foster a "project management culture" within the EPJ
• Guiding and assisting team members in maximizing project management and selecting and adopting methods

Communication with clients

• Serve as the client's primary point of contact in connection with the project
• Communicate regularly to understand client needs and their expectations
• With the support of experts from our headquarters (France), we propose innovative solutions that support the client's vision, strategy and roadmap

In-house industry sector awareness
Analyze and identify electrification and flexibility (power regulation) potential through site monitoring and surveys

• Leverage industry sector expertise to improve project outcomes
• From time to time, we will expand our expertise in the relevant industry sector in-house

• Achievements in the industrial sector
• Proven track record in project management, including coordination of multiple stakeholders
• Effective communication with clients, including direct contact with clients to check progress and understand their needs.
