Description
TA Manager
A Talent Acquisition Manager finds out what staffing is needed, creates hiring strategies, leads branding efforts, and shows strong skills in sourcing candidates for open jobs. They also run the recruitment process, make sure candidates have a good experience, and help with employee retention and development. The role includes hiring office and store employees, as well as new graduates. For stores, the TA Manager supports by leading workshops for hiring managers and giving resources to retail management and frontline staff to help meet their hiring needs.
