The Role

• As Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our organization by ensuring our financial efficiency.
• Prepare detailed monthly financial reports.
• Implement effective systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial matters.
• Develop an annual budget and financial plans in collaboration with hotel management.
• Ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and company policies.

Your Skills

• A minimum of a BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• A minimum of five years of proven experience in a managerial accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
• Proficiency in modern accounting software and MS Office suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
• High Business English, Fluent Japanese
