A global machinery manufacturer is seeking a Head of SCM. The selected candidate will oversee supply chain strategies, logistics optimisation projects, and ensure efficient operations. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement supply chain strategies
- Manage logistics optimisation projects to minimise operational and financial risks
- Collaborate globally to secure supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Optimise domestic logistics for cost efficiency and lead time
- Drive digitalisation and streamline SCM processes
- Manage inventory and ensure process and document management
Requirements:
- Experience in managing SCM
- Prior experience in SCM with a large number of products or delivery destinations
- Proven in organisational management
- Understanding of logistics and PSI
- Familiarity with 3PL and external warehouse utilisation
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
