ユーザー様からの問い合わせに、電話・メール・チャット・FAXでご対応いただくカスタマーサービスです。
問い合わせがあった際、一番最初にお客様のご対応を頂く最初のセクションをご担当いただきます。
研修や書類関連は英語となりますので、目安としてはTOEIC700点くらいの英語力がある方で募集しております。
