経営、エクステリア・インテリアスタイリングチーム、設計・開発チーム、プロダクトやサービスの企画チームと緊密に連携をとりながら、ユーザーとの全タッチポイントのデザインの企画から実行を担当し、優れた使いやすさで顧客体験を最大化する革新的なプロダクト・サービスを提供すること。

■職務内容
ソニーホンダモビリティではD2Cでのオンライン車両販売を計画しています。オンラインサービス領域のデザイナーとして、認知から購入、そしてオーナーフェーズまでのトータルなサービス体験のデザイン・ディレクションを担当頂きます。リサーチ、インタラクションデザイン、プロトタイピング、デザインシステム作成など様々なアプローチでサービスをデザインしていただきます。

■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities
Planning and implementation of designing all touchpoints with users working closely with top management exterior and interior styling teams development teams and product and service planning teams to provide innovative products and services that maximize the customer experience with superior usability.

■Job description
Sony Honda Mobility is planning to sell vehicles online through D2C. As a designer in the online service domain you will be responsible for the design and direction of the total service experience from awareness to purchase and ownership. You will design services using various approaches such as research interaction design prototyping and design system creation.

Examples of Design Tasks:
Android and iOS mobile applications
Websites and web services

■必要となるスキル・経験

UI/UXデザイン : 一般ユーザー向けにリリースされたwebサイトやサービス、mobileアプリなどのプロダクトをデザインした経験。
プロトタイピング: Figmaを用いて、素早くデザインとプロトタイピングを行い仮説検証し、フィニッシュワークまでおこなえること。
グラフィックデザイン: タイポグラフィ、イラスト、写真などグラフィックデザインの知識とスキル。

■尚可
情報設計: OOUIの知識など情報アーキテクチャへの知見。
Web技術: 基本的なweb技術を理解し、開発チームとコミュニケーションがとれること。
3DCGとMotion Graphics: After effectやBlenderなどリッチコンテンツ作成の知識とスキル。
知的好奇心: 新しい技術を積極的に試して、自身の仕事に取り込めること。
コミュニケーション能力: デザインの意図や狙いを言語化できること。

■語学力
英語でのコミュニケーション（メール・会話）へ抵抗がなければ問題なし

■Required skills / experience
Portfolio required
UI/UX design: Experience in designing products such as websites services and mobile apps released to the general public.
Prototyping: Ability to quickly design and prototype using Figma test hypotheses and complete finish work.
Graphic design: Knowledge and skills in typography illustration photography and other graphic design elements.

■Preferred skills / experience
Information architecture: Knowledge of information architecture such as OOUI.
Web technology: Understanding of basic web technologies and ability to communicate with the development team.
3DCG and Motion Graphics: Knowledge and skills in creating rich content using After Effects Blender etc.
Intellectual curiosity: Ability to actively try new technologies and incorporate them into your work.
Communication skills: Ability to verbalize the intent and purpose of your design.
