具体的な業務は下記の通りです。
（１）KrFフォトレジストの品質安定化と保証体制確立。（直近）
（２）ｉ線フォトレジスト、ディスプレイ用感光性材料の品質安定化と保証体制確立。
（３）ArFフォトレジストの品質安定化と保証体制確立。（将来）
