［業務内容］Responsibilities

• エンジニアリング仕様に基づく設計コンセプトの開発および改良
• 技術図面および青写真の作成および修正
• エンジニアおよび他の設計者と協力して設計の実現可能性を確保
• 新しい車両部品またはシステムの設計およびプロトタイプ作成
• マーケティング、エンジニアリング、製造などの部門横断的チームと協働
• デザインレビューを実施し、フィードバックやテスト結果に基づいて反復
• Develop and refine design concepts based on engineering specifications
• Create and modify technical drawings and blueprints
• Collaborate with engineers and other designers to ensure design feasibility
• Design and prototype new vehicle parts or systems
• Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and manufacturing
• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback and testing results

■必須要件■ Must Have

• ソフトウェアの習熟： CATIA、SolidWorks、Siemens NX、Autodesk Alias などの自動車専用 CAD ソフトウェアを使いこなせること
• 業界知識： 自動車設計原理、製造プロセス、規制基準を理解していること
• エンジニアリングの基礎： 自動車設計に適用される機械システム工学の原理をよく理解していること
• コミュニケーションスキル： エンジニア、設計者、その他の関係者と協働する能力
• 問題解決能力： 設計上の課題に対処し、性能を最適化するための強力な分析能力と問題解決能力
• 一般スキル
  • 自動車の設計基準と製造工程を理解していること
  • 空間認識能力が高く、細部にまで気を配ることができる
  • 自動車デザインのトレンドと消費者の嗜好に関する知識
  • 強い創造性と革新スキル
