Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound email
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and offer clear solutions or recommendations
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations, liaising with relevant teams as needed
  • Provide up-selling, cross-selling, and account retention services as directed
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our services
  • Propose enhancements to support processes to better serve our customers
