・物件情報の収集
・物件情報取得のための売主、仲介等とのリレーション構築
・物件検討時のマーケティング、バリュエーション、デューディリジェンス
・物件検討時の社内外関係者との調整、協議
・契約、決済に当たっての売主、仲介との売買条件交渉及び調整、クロージング業務
