【Job Description】 

■Overview
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for two long-term projects involving 6-10 developers. The company adopts a matrix organization.

■Responsibilities
You will be mainly responsible for the following
Organize development team members to ensure effective coordination, consistent development progress, and delivery of projects on time.
Work closely with the Solution Managers responsible for the business to maintain overall timelines, determine the scope of development, and manage risk.

■Identification and mitigation of issues
・Collaboration between software architects and developers to define the technical approach to achieve the client's required functionality in a sustainable manner

【Required】
・Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field
・3+ years of experience in project management or software development team leadership
・Knowledge of software development workflows and principles
・Understanding of Linux and container technologies
・Experience in software development in one or more programming languages (e.g. C++, Python, JavaScript)
・Experience with robotics and knowledge of ROS is a plus
・Excellent communication and organizational skills
・High proficiency in English speaking and writing. (Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required)
・Ability to break down complex processes and technical concepts
・Understanding of Agile and Scrum development.
・Positive attitude with a hands-on approach and enjoyment of driving projects forward
