The role involves directing and instructing order center members to ensure accurate ordering and sales registration of reagents. In addition, continuously review processes and improve operations in order to optimize logistics costs through labor-saving and efficiency improvements, and to further improve logistics quality.

Description

• Possess the skills to properly process all sales orders, from order entry to shipment and inventory removal, and can provide appropriate instructions to temporary employees.
• Work with group leaders and managers to supervise and instruct temporary staff involved in order-taking operations.
• Work with the IT department and others to maintain and manage all systems related to order processing to ensure they operate smoothly.
• Lead the improvement of delivery complaints that arise in domestic logistics, provide instructions and guidance to business partners, and strive to reduce the number of delivery complaint
• Continuously review processes and improve operations in order to optimize logistics costs through labor-saving and efficiency improvements, and to further improve logistics quality.

• Experience with order processing using ERP software such as SAP
• Skills in data extraction, statistical processing, etc.
• Experience in sales and logistics related to the pharmaceutical and diagnostic drug industry
• Experce leading projects such as business improvement and seeing them through to completion
