Job Description

As the sales operation manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team. This individual will be responsible for streamlining sales process, analyzing data and providing insights to drive revenue growth. You will be based on Japan Headquarter.

Client Details

Our client is Japan HQ based global SaaS vendor. They do have around 500people in Japan and operates globally.

Description

  • Lead a global CRM system migration project.
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as other sales management tools in general.
  • Evaluate and implement new sales tools and technologies as needed.
  • Manage CRM data including deal information, customer information, and contact information.
  • Create internal reports and dashboards to support sales performance.
  • Support overall sales operations from a systems perspective, including territory planning, sales forecasting, and quote creation

Required Skills

  • Sales Operation experience at a foreign IT company.
  • Knowledge or expertise in using CRM tools (mainly Salesforce)
  • Experience working with a global team.
  • Native level Japanese and business English
  • Knowledge of using BI platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, and other MA tools).
