The Role

• Collaborate closely with internal tech teams and clients, serving as a technical liaison to help customers maximize their use of the technology and services.
• Contribute during the implementation & post implementation phase.
• Partner with client teams to transform technical designs into functional builds.
• Provide support with incident management and help plan configuration updates.
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering formal or informal guidance to team members and clients.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, working to improve service quality through the development of reusable solutions and recommendations.

Your Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting mission-critical Java applications.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing service coordinator role.
• Proficiency in writing queries for SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience using tools like Postman to query RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in incident and change management processes.
• Native or Fluent in Japanese & Business level English
