職務内容

• プロジェクトに影響を与える可能性のある実装プロジェクトのリスク、機会、問題の監視。
• すべてのプロジェクト成果物の品質とタイムリーなデリバリーの確保。

• 適切なプロジェクトチャーターとセットアップの推進
• プロジェクトの成功に不可欠な変更およびプロセス管理の考慮事項の特定と管理
• プロジェクトチームの管理、モチベーション、コラボレーション、パフォーマンスの促進
• 見習いプロジェクトマネジャーの指導、コーチング、トレーニングに適した環境の提供
• 短期プロジェクトメトリクスのトラッキング
• プロジェクトの中期的な利益のレビュー
• プロジェクトマネジメント組織内で協働し、すべてのプロジェクトの納期と成果を改善する。

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring potential Implementation project risks, opportunities, and issues that may impact the project.
• Ensuring quality and timely delivery for all project deliverables.
• Continually identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating project risks and issues
• Driving proper project chartering and setup
• Identifying and governing change and process management considerations critical to the success of the project
• Performing project team management, driving motivation, collaboration, and performance
• Providing an environment conducive to the mentoring, coaching, and training apprentice Project Managers
• Tracking short-term project metrics
• Reviewing the project's medium-term benefits
• Work collaboratively within the Project Management Organization to improve delivery and outcomes for all projects.

歴書

• 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、その一部は複数の事業分野にまたがる。
• ERPまたはCRM（SAP/Salesforce/Oracle）の開発、機能強化、アップグレード、その他様々なビジネスシステムプロジェクトに関連するプロジェクトの管理。
• ERPまたはCRM（SAP/Salesforce/ Oracleまたはその他のERP）の実装に精通していること。
• プリンスIIおよび/またはPMP資格

日本語能力 ビジネス日本語レベル(JLPT N2)、ビジネス英語レベル必須

Qualifications:

• Management of multiple projects simultaneously some of which will span across multiple business areas.
• Manages projects related to ERP or CRM (SAP/Salesforce/ Oracle) development, enhancements, upgrades, and other various Business Systems projects.
• Familiar with ERP or CRM (SAP/Salesforce/ Oracle or any other ERP) implementations
• Prince II and/or PMP Certification

Japanese Languages: Business japanese level (JLPT N2) and business level english required
