保険プロジェクト・マネージャー /Insurance Project Manager

• プロジェクトを完璧に遂行するための社内リソースおよびサードパーティ/ベンダーの調整
• すべてのプロジェクトが期限内、範囲内、予算内に納品されるようにする。
• プロジェクトのスコープと目標を策定し、すべての関係者を巻き込み、技術的な実現可能性を確保する。
• リソースの確保と割り当て
• 詳細なプロジェクト計画を策定し、進捗状況を把握する
• 適切な検証技術を使用して、プロジェクトのスコープ、スケジュール、コストの変更を管理する
• 適切なシステム、ツール、テクニックを使用したプロジェクトパフォーマンスの測定
• 必要に応じてマネジメントに報告し、エスカレーションする
• 顧客およびすべての利害関係者との関係を管理する
• リスクマネジメントを実施し、プロジェクトリスクを最小化する
• サードパーティ/ベンダーとの関係構築と維持
• 包括的なプロジェクト文書の作成と維持
• マルチベンダープロジェクトの管理

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Managed Multivendor projects

• 保険業界経験必須
• 経験年数: PM経験8年以上
• 必要な資格 PMP、CSM優遇
• ビジネスレベルの日英バイリンガルスキル

• Project Management - Planning and Tracking the projects from customer side
• Insurance domain experience is must.
• Years of experience: at least 8+ years of experience in PM
• Required certification: PMP, CSM preferred
• Good business level bilingual skills in Japanese and English
