Description

1. Internal Communication
* Identifies areas of improvements, pain points.
* Integrates Global transformation initiatives and strategic developments and puts them into the local context.
* Defines and organizes workshops with the local team to understand then decide how to communicate how the change strategy will be implemented in Japan.
* Provides guidance and coaching to all team members on how to approach internal communication.
2. Corporate Communication.
* Japan corporate communication strategy.
3. CEO support
* Works closely with the CEO on specific strategic initiatives.
* Supports on projects basis with organization set up and content development.
