• 1+ years of experience as a Solution Delivery Lead.
• 3+ years of experience in system development or implementation projects.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and programming languages (C#/Node.js, Python).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Japanese and proficient in business English.
