Description

• Lead commercial offers business and performance across the APEC region
• Ensure the competitiveness of offers through lifecycle management, including pricing, customer satisfaction, and product improvements
• Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to drive new offer requests
• Act as a liaison between local markets and headquarters to drive product innovations
• Establish and oversee performance reporting and target alignment with National Sales Companies (NSCs)
• Champion energy solutions and support market launches aligned with electrification goals
• Manage ad-hoc commercial offers projects and ensure alignment across regional and central stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and drive implementation across markets

• Strong business acumen with experience in the automotive industry, particularly in electrification and energy solutions
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, comfortable in international and multi-cultural environments
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects autonomously with accountability for results
