Responsibilities:

• Manage production operations, ensuring timely assembly of automatic transmission equipment with a focus on quality and productivity
• Supervise goods receiving and shipping activities, ensuring compliance with safety and documentation requirements
• Enforce safety standards and conduct regular safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements
• Develop and update work instructions for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with transportation and vendors to design and maintain special pallets and tools

Requirements:

• Knowledge of IT is ideal
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese
