Job Description

Reporting to the HR Director, this exciting role features people management responsibilities, stakeholder management and more. This position will help strategize on the company recruitment for both store and the corporate office.

Description

Strategy

  • People management of 3 team members
  • Approval, reporting, and budgeting
  • Project management (Campus recruiting, Recruitment system design, or etc.)
  • Agency contract management
  • Recruiting strategy (Corporate & Retail)
  • (If needed) collaboration with APAC/US for system implementation and localization

Hands on

  • Retained search interaction
  • End to end recruitment for confidential and high level roles
  • (If needed) hands on 360 recruiting for teams needs (Corporate & Retail)

Required Skills

  • Japanese: Native (High Business or Fluent level is considered)
  • English: Business to High Business
  • 5+ years of TA experience in total (Agency or/and Inhouse)
  • open to inhouse experience in Corporate function
  • Retail/luxury knowledge (Ideally retail recruiting experience, but open to store related experience)
  • Able to work in Tokyo Office 2-3 days per week
