Development of in-house packages (eCommerceHUB series)

■Business
The company's business originates from the integration of people and technology through a "mechanism" to provide high-value services.
The EC division is a new organization, which aims to connect the marketing and customer care domains, which were the company's strengths, and function as a hub that covers the total "End to End CX" between the company and consumers.

The EC division's engineering organization handles everything from the construction of e-commerce sites using Shopify to the development of systems that support back-office operations such as order processing, shipment handling, inventory management, and customer service.

Although EC sites are now a familiar presence for consumers, the EC-ization rate in Japan is still low, and the market has great potential for growth. (EC rate in the BtoC-EC market: 9.13%* FY2022 data)

The company is building an e-commerce site using Shopify, but because it is a foreign-made SaaS, it is necessary to implement a back-office system tailored to Japanese business practices.

The company's EC department also maintains customer centers and logistics warehouses, so the company listens to the voices of its working members and sometimes makes proposals to solve business issues while developing in-house packages to support its EC one-stop service.

■Recruitment Background
While they have already supported a large number of clients, it is necessary to strengthen members who can handle medium to large scale project management and proposals in order to achieve the goal of "establishing a model that links the marketing and customer care areas."
The company is currently training existing members through the development of a training and development system for engineers, but is looking for new members to help the company grow at an even faster pace.

■Responsibilities
・New EC site construction and maintenance
・Development of extended functions for existing EC sites and support for system improvement proposals
・Progress check and technical guidance for development team
・Research and technical investigation of new system services

■Specifically
(1) New construction/existing expansion development of in-house EC system (eCommerceHUB series)
(2) Create and manage system development plans in cooperation with other departments
(3) As a team leader of the development team, manage development tasks, review various development processes, and provide technical guidance

■Required
Experience in web application development, basic knowledge of database systems

Experience in system maintenance and operation, digging into issues, proposing improvements, and executing them.
