Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- The Project Manager leads one or several customer or internal projects of medium size, or projects which are part of a larger/complex project
- Interface between customer and the organization
- Focus on delivering project according to standards and scope
- Mitigate risks

Required Skills
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- 5 year of experience in the industry leading a small group or (sub) project
- Project Management skills (QCDDM)
- Strong understanding of product development process
- Manufacturing & Quality experience in automotive industry
- Electronics experience
- Experience, Knowledge at least of Functional Safety management and Cybersecurity Management
- Coaching leadership
- Ability to handle both internal and external pressure
- Maintain calm during project turbulence
- Language: Fluent in local language and proficient written & spoken English (additional language is a plus)
- Positive mindset, establishing a positive work environment and excellent team spirit
