Job Description
■業務内容：
- 政府系銀行を中心とした営業をお任せします。
- 顧客ニーズをヒアリングし、社内SEと協力してサービスを含むITソリューション（パッケージ、ハードウェア機器、ネットワーク、クラウド、運用保守等）のシステム提案を行っていただきます。
■選考フロー：
書類選考→1次面接（人事、現場責任者）→最終面接（本部長クラス）
※場合によっては面接が増えることもあります。
■給与補足：
※ご経験・能力を考慮し当社規定に基づき決定。
■昇給・昇格：
年1回
■賞与支給：
年2回（夏・冬）
■給与補足／給与例：
※賞与、月25時間程度の時間外勤務手当含む
・27歳 年収720万円（月例給：35万円）
・30歳 年収875万円（月例給：52万円）
・35歳 年収965万円（月例給：57万円）

必須条件：
- ITに関わる営業として新規顧客の開拓、最初の顧客折衝から要件引き出し・ヒアリング・提案・受注までの一通りの経験が3年以上ある方
歓迎条件：
- 担当顧客の業界知識、業務知識に精通している方
- 最新技術（AI、IoTやクラウド、マイクロサービスなど）への関心・知識・経験がある方
- グローバル案件の担当経験、外国企業や外国人との実務経験がある方
- オフショア開発に関連する経験がある方
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
