Job Description
■業務内容：【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】
- 各事業部からの相談を受け、システム開発の初期コンサルを行い、システム開発の必要性があるプロジェクトを選定する。
- ITベンダーを選定し、システム開発を行う。事業部とITベンダーの間に立ち、開発プロジェクトが円滑に進むよう適宜サポートする。
- システムローンチ後、保守運用を行う。保守運用はITベンダーが主体となるが、開発時点と同様、事業部とITベンダーの間に立ち、円滑な保守運用を適宜サポートする。

現在部署には8名在籍しております。
■研修体制・キャリアパス
- 基本的には先輩社員からのOJTによる研修を想定しております。
- また、キャリアパスとしては役職を上げていくことや海外への駐在も可能性としてはございます。
■選考フロー：
書類選考→1次面接→筆記試験→2次面接→内定
