Job Description
■業務内容：【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】
- 機能スペシャリストとしてERPプロジェクトとソリューション提供をお任せいたします。
- トラブルシューティング、問い合わせ対応、標準変更、技術トレーニングなどのERPシステムの保守および運用サービス
- IT全般の管理、IT監査のサポート
- 既存のシステムの改善行動、新規システムの導入検討
- 各ビジネス領域とグローバルグループからの要望整理、機能設計
- テストサポート、ERPの主要ユーザーへのトレーニング
- ERPソリューションおよびサービスに関連する内部プロセスおよび部門横断的なプロセスの管理、保守、最適化のサポート
- 人材開発とマネジメント（リーダーシップ）

＋インセンティブ On target 100%達成に対し固定年収の12.5%

Required Skills
必須条件：
- SAP導入プロジェクトの経験
- SAP FICO機能コンサルタント5年以上の経験（ファイナンス＆コントローリング）
- 中級以上の英語の読み書き・会話・リスニングのスキル
歓迎条件:
- 月次／年末締め取引、SD／MM／PS などの他の SAP モジュールとのクロスファンクション、銀行などの他のアプリケーションとのインターフェースに関するスキル、知識、経験
- 簿記や会計学の資格
- 海外の方との実務経験
