Works as a partner with business leaders including executive management and provides positive influence on other HR staff. Be a partner to responsible client
department(s) provides professional/strategic contribution for the design development and implementation of HR programs and practices including project
plan delivery and labor management. Maintain strong client focus by working with line management to deliver HR solutions in support of business objectives
and HR strategies. Get involved in and understand existing operational activities at HRBP function and provides expert input to HR COE and Operation
function to identify opportunities for improvement in HR operating model. Work with other HR functions to streamline and optimize HR operations to
improve effectiveness and efficiency. Handle current HR operations including personnel transfer organization change and HR system input establishes
operational guidelines systems and processes on a regional or global basis. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

■経験・能力
・人事ジェネラリストもしくはHRBPとしての勤務経験
・人事制度の新規構築・導入経験(Nice to have)
・ビジネスサイドのマネジメントクラス以上との折衝・調整経験
・労働法令に対する基礎的な理解があること
・労務事案(問題社員対応、休職者対応等)を担当した経験
・人事コンサルティング経験
■スキル
・日本語、英語共にビジネスレベル必須
・データ分析に基づき自ら解決策を提案する力

・小規模の外資日本法人で就業経験があり
