Comprehensive product marketing and project management for BD Rowa solution.
Product marketing and management : product marketing plan development including customer hearing and research for improvement commercial plan execution （new product launch portfolio management） and operational management for inventory planning and project execution.
System development and management: lead middleware system development /improvement and deployment through direct collaboration with third vendor companies as well as BD Global platform team.
Product management process improvement: engage and work closely with global and regional platform members to improve BD Rowa operational process including ordering inventory management funnel handling reporting etc.
Digital marketing : collaborate with other marketing team members and function members to execute omnichannel strategy for BD Rowa solution.
Customer engagement improvement : work with sales team closely to strengthen relationship with business partners as well as customers and to improve brand awareness for BD and BD Rowa.
