Description
- Collaborate with management to drive organizational growth from an HR perspective
- Plan recruitment strategies and execute end to end recruitment operations
- Oversee new-hire on-boarding processes
- Develop and implement labor workflows
- Manage personnel and labor data
- Conduct employee interviews and oversee attendance and contract management
- Maintain and manage payroll, ensuring regulatory compliance (thru a vendor)
- Implement an employee evaluation system
- Assist with VISA acquisition procedures, management, and implementation for foreign employees
