Job Description

As an HR Generalist you will be in charge of day day HR tasks ranging from recruitment to HR Operations.

The client is a gaming related company with an international team.

Description

  • Collaborate with management to drive organizational growth from an HR perspective
  • Plan recruitment strategies and execute end to end recruitment operations
  • Oversee new-hire on-boarding processes
  • Develop and implement labor workflows
  • Manage personnel and labor data
  • Conduct employee interviews and oversee attendance and contract management
  • Maintain and manage payroll, ensuring regulatory compliance (thru a vendor)
  • Implement an employee evaluation system
  • Assist with VISA acquisition procedures, management, and implementation for foreign employees
