【仕事内容】
• ADASシステム開発
• 要求仕様のとりまとめ（特にACC: Auto Cruise ControlやAEB: Autonomous Emergency Brake）
• 社内関係部署との協議や調整、及びTier1サプライヤとの仕様協議など
• 不具合対応（解析、協議、報告など）
• プロジェクト管理対応
• 委託チームPMOとのコミュニケーション
• 関連する法規の確認

Required Skills
【必須（MUST）】
• 組み込みソフトウェア開発経験 *3年以上
• 自動車全体のシステムアーキテクチャの理解
• 社内外の関係部署と円滑なコミュニケーションができること
• クロスカルチャー、機能・部門を超えたコミュニケーションの経験
【語学力】
• 英語力 ‐ ビジネスレベル（TOEIC:600以上*目安）
• ミーティングやメール等の実務経験
• 日本語力 ‐ ネイティブレベル or JLPT N2 以上
