Description

• Audit Leadership: You'll lead and execute audit projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard. This involves:

  • Defining the goals, scope, and timeline of each audit.
  • Working closely with management to understand processes and controls.
  • Identifying and assessing key risks and controls.
  • Evaluating how well these controls work and suggesting improvements.
  • Documenting findings and discussing them with management to agree on solutions.
  • Leading meetings with senior management to review audit progress and findings.

• Follow-Up: After an audit, you'll work with management to ensure that any recommended actions are implemented effectively and on time.

• Strategic Planning: You'll assist in creating a risk-based audit plan for the next three years, regularly reviewing it to make sure it aligns with the company's strategy and addresses key risks.

• Reporting: You'll help prepare reports on audit progress and insights for the Audit and Supervisory Committee, providing valuable assurance and recommendations.
