Responsibilities:

• Lead team management and ensure workload efficiency
• Optimise inventory and supply chain performance through data analysis and collaboration
• Manage sales order processes and ensure completion from booking to invoicing
• Enhance rental operations for effective sales promotion
• Handle export control and maintain documentation
• Maintain and renew export licenses through official IT systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• More than 10 years of experience in SCM
• More than 7 years of experience in a warehouse and control performance or quality
• More than 5 years of experience in import or export airfreight
• Experience in global logistics (customer order handling)
• Prior experience in reverse logistics
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 700+)
