JOB REQUIREMENTS
・Develop designs for molding and press dies.
・Offer solutions and strategies for addressing issues that arise with the die and mold.
・Investigate the root causes and assess challenges encountered with the mold.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
・A bachelor's degree from a college or university, with a focus on Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or Mechatronics.
・Prior involvement in Mold, Die, or Casting processes is preferred, including design, repair, maintenance, or enhancement.
・Proficiency with SolidWorks software is required.
・Ability to negotiate and adapt as needed.
・Skilled in analysis, problem-solving, communication (Ho-Ren-So), and utilizing PDCA methodology.
・Characteristics include honesty, capability to perform under pressure, dedication, and teamwork.
