職務内容
・社内のコーポレート業務
・開発JV会社の月次・四半期・年次決算、予算策定、予算管理、予実分析、本社への報告
・開発JV会社のコーポレート業務
・ビジネスサイドと連携し、参画時の財務分析、税務検討、販売施策等の財務影響分析・
・会計監査、内部監査への対応
・出納管理、入金・出金確認・承認、証憑保管
・会社機関運営、その他総務
・売買契約書・分割入金の管理、引渡チームとの連携
