Job Description
■業務内容：
アンダーウェア・ソックスの魅力的な商品ラインを市場に投入し、ブランド価値を高めながら継続的に利益を生み出し売上を拡大する役割を担うポジションです。
◎マーチャンダイジング戦略を効果的かつタイムリーに実行することが、このポジションの重要なミッションです。
■具体的な業務内容：
（1）シニアマネジャーによる指揮のもと、OPC計画における売上／利益目標達成のためのマーチャンダイジング戦略を実行する
- ファッションや市場動向の分析を通じて、商品戦略を立案／実行し、部門の目標達成と利益拡大を図る
- 営業、マーケティングサービス、ソーシングとのコミュニケーションを通じて、商品化プランに合った、より魅力的な商品を提案する
- ソーシング部門と連携し、新しい生地や付属品（パッケージ、紙タグ、洗濯表示など）を開発する
- 新製品の仕様書を作成し、大量生産のためにタイムリーにソーシング部門に提供する
- 季節ごとの展示会用の新製品サンプルの生産をタイムリーに手配する
（2）販売力を強化し、製品の特徴や効果的な支援ツールを販売部隊に提供する
（3）営業からの要望に応じて、特別なメークアップ製品を提供し、キーアカウントからの売上を拡大する
