Job Description
■業務内容：
- （40%）Globalの仕組みを中心としたデリバリーセンターの基幹システム運用、問い合わせ対応（国内外）
- （20%）Global施策、デリバリーセンター施策に沿ったビジネスプロセス及びシステム変更に関するChange Management（補佐）
- （20%）ビジネス要求実装の為の各Global・国内チームとのコミュニケーション及び交渉
- （15%）ベンダーマネージメント
- （5%）運営体制、運営ルール、情報管理基盤、モニタリングプロセスの実装・標準化・継続的改善
