Description

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the preparation and execution of the company's financial plans, including budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategies. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and provide insights that drive decision-making at the senior management level.
  • Management Reporting: Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Present these reports to top executives, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor financial performance against plans and forecasts, identifying variances and underlying causes. Work closely with business unit leaders to recommend and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Change Management: Play a pivotal role in guiding the financial team through organizational changes, particularly in adapting to new structures and processes following the company's recent strategic reorganization.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all financial activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Drive initiatives that promote a culture of compliance and accountability across the finance function.
