・人事総務領域でのマルチファンクションにおけるマネジメント
・各種人事制度(等級制度、評価制度、報酬制度、労務関連制度、その他IPO関連で必要施策等)の策定・運用、整備
・働き方に関する施策の立案と実行
・採用、従業員教育・研修、人事施策、労務全般における課題解決・改善、運営管理
・労働時間、人件費、採用・離職等、人事施策に紐付く各種係数管理
・人事領域でのシステム構築及び改修の設計
