Job Description
■業務内容：【変更の範囲：当社業務全般】
- 内部規則と決定権限マトリックスの管理（これらの改訂、CM＆Iの内部承認プロセスの管理）
- CM＆I契約プロセスの管理とサポート
- 情報セキュリティ管理者（CM＆I内での情報セキュリティのルール／プロセスの推進、IT関連アプリケーションの承認、IT関連の調査／チェックの管理）
- その他の管理業務（ERM、貿易管理、文書管理、監査など）
- 外部市場データ／レポートの購入と内部ウェブサイトの管理（外部市場レポートの問い合わせ対応、レポートの購入に関する議論／決定のサポート、ウェブサイト情報の更新）
- 年次事業計画の準備、四半期ごとの進捗管理、執行委員会会議など、TDK経営陣へのその他のレポートの準備
- BA＆Pの総務部長を特別プロジェクトでサポートする
- CM＆I主要イベントの組織／スケジュール管理
■選考フロー：
書類選考→自宅での適性検査→一次面接（英語面接）＋適性検査→最終面接（英語面接）

■昇給：
1回（4月）
■賞与：
2回（6月・12月）
■給与補足：
賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

- 細部に注意を払い、複数のタスクを同時に処理し、問題なく進行することを確認する能力
