■不動産（商材）
・賃貸マンション/アパート
・商業ビル
■お客様
・中国や日本に住む中華系の富裕層
■営業方法
・主に都内にある中華系の不動産会社、金融関係者、投資家などを訪問し、不動産購入の情報収集
・定期的な中華系の不動産業者との情報交換会の実施
・WeChatを活用した物件情報の発信
・パートナーとなる不動産業者と協力しながら、お客様の現地案内、条件交渉、金融機関の斡旋、契約・引渡までを担当
