- スコープ、コスト、スケジュール、リソース、品質を管理し、プロジェクトの目標を達成する
- 同社のプロジェクト管理手法を効果的に適用し、プロジェクト基準を施行する
- 適切なプロジェクト管理の実践により、プロジェクトのリスクとリスクを最小限に抑える
- プロジェクト状況の定期的な報告
- プロジェクトの成功と良好な関係の構築を大切にし、高いレベルの顧客満足度を促進する プロジェクトポートフォリオの提供ロードマップと戦略の決定を支援
