Job Description
■業務内容：
- まずは現在立ち上がっているプロジェクトへ参画していただきます。
- その後、新規企画等の立案も行っていただきます。
- 【現在計画中のプロジェクト】
- 顧客別受注設計業務の業務改革／DX推進プロジェクト（受注設計業務において設計工数の削減、IT技術の活用による業務効率改善を行う）
- 基幹システム刷新プロジェクト（全体最適の提案・計画・業務部門での伴走対応）

給与詳細は経験などを考慮し決定します。
記載の年収は、基本給＋基本賞与＋業績賞与（本年実績）＋平均残業20H含む金額です。

年1回（4月）

※基礎賞与3.5ヶ月＋業績連動賞与
