The Role

As a Tech Lead, you will guide and mentor a team of engineers while overseeing the technical aspects of projects. Your role involves hands-on coding, architectural design, and ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals.

• Provide technical direction and leadership for the development team, including code reviews, architectural decisions, and best practices.
• Lead the technical execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering their growth and development through guidance and feedback.
• Drive technical innovation by staying current with industry trends and integrating new technologies and practices into the development process.

Your Skills

• Proven experience in a senior engineering role, with a track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong expertise in Back-End (Java/Go/C#), excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with AWS and Microservices Architecture is preferred
• Proficiency in Japanese is a must. Business Level (JLPT N2 and above)
