Company Profile

An innovative and premium European fashion brand with a growing presence across APAC is looking for someone to work in a critical role, ensuring their day-to-day store operations can continue with minimal disruption.

The Role

  • You will be working in an all-round IT Service Delivery / Technical Support type role. For example, when a new store is opening, you will be working with internal tech teams and external vendors to ensure that the store is fully supported from a tech perspective. This means that you'll be ensuring the POS systems / WiFi is correctly deployed, and also means you will have to do some of the hands-on work yourself.
  • The head office has created procedures and a playbook to follow when opening a new store, so you will have points of reference and can also be supported by their internal tech teams at head office and from a regional office in Shanghai - you will receive support from various avenues.
  • Also, you will have to troubleshoot and respond to helpdesk tickets created by stores in the region.

Your Skills

  • Trilingual abilities in Korean, Japanese, and English are needed as you'll be covering stores across APAC, and in some cases, shop employees might not be strong English speakers.
  • Someone with an IT infrastructure background in addition to experience in the retail sector would be ideal for this role. We can also consider application support people, or someone who is open to working in a technical support role.
  • Customer facing experience and strong communication skills are an advantage, as you will have to visit different stores, dealing with a range of people as part of this role.
  • We can also consider a trilingual person who wants to transition into an IT service role.
