Description

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales and supply chain leaders.
• Ensure timely and accurate market planning submissions.
• Govern weekly and monthly IBP processes in alignment with global standards.
• Drive data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
• Monitor process adherence and build IBP maturity.
• Identify and implement system and process improvements.
• Facilitate demand optimization and execution of customer allocations.
• Manage performance metrics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 8-10 years of experience in IBP/S&OP processes.
• Expertise in end-to-end IBP systems is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to identify and address process shortcomings.
• Experience with SAP S/4 and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English is required
